Betsy Palay and Tami Tolpa maintain this website (the “Site”) for the use of its customers and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”).
We provide various videos, handouts, quizzes, links, articles, and other information through the Site (the “Materials”). The Materials are copyrighted by Betsy Palay and Tami Tolpa and any unauthorized use of any Materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. Use of the Site indicates acceptance of these Terms, and forms a binding agreement between you and Betsy Palay and Tami Tolpa. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
By accessing the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by the Terms, all regulations, and applicable laws (including local laws), and are responsible for compliance.
2. Use of the Site
Permission is granted to access videos for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Permission is granted to download and print handouts for personal, non-commercial use only.
Users may not modify the Materials at the Site in any way, or reproduce, share, publicly display, or distribute them, except for personal, non-commercial use of the handouts. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity, except with permission from Betsy Palay and Tami Tolpa.
Users may not remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Materials, or transfer the Materials to another person, or 'mirror' the Materials on any other server. Any breach of these Terms automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.
3. No Warranty
The Materials provided at the Site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. Betsy Palay and Tami Tolpa further do not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at the Site.
